About Sam Cino

Our heritage, our roots. So much of what we become can be traced back to where we came from in life.

In the lobby of our St. Catharines office we have a painting of a new immigrant standing in the receiving hall of Ellis Island with a suitcase in his hand and a dream in his heart. Some 80 years ago that was a picture of Sam’s ancestors. His grandmother immigrated to Canada and settled in Hamilton. After orientating herself to the community she bought a house for her family. Before long, with hard work and determination, she along with her daughter (Sam’s mom) owned 4 houses adjacent to hers. Sam saw that. He grew up immersed in real estate. He learned property management. He learned repairs and maintenance, and he learned how to work with and love people.

After graduating from Sheridan College with a diploma in Business and Commerce, Sam went to work for a local Credit Corp. He began as they say, in the mail room, and worked his way up to Branch Manager.

But real estate continued to have a pull on his heart. In the early 1980’s Sam enrolled in the real estate licensing program intending only to dabble on the side, while he continued in the world of finance. But with his people skills, experience in investment real estate and passion to genuinely make a difference in people’s lives, his new career began to soar. Soon Sam came to the realization "This is what I was born to do". He quit his job with the Credit corp and committed himself to Real Estate sales. And as they say, the rest is history!

90% of Sam’s business comes from repeat and referrals as happy and enthusiastic clients come back again and again and encourage their friends and family to do the same.
